By now everyone knows the story. This self proclaimed "very well-educated, successful, intelligent person" decided to ignore advice and later, commands not to travel because he has a deadly disease. The excuses: that he felt fine, that he was never really told not to travel, that it was his long planned wedding and honeymoon. Essentially, this arrogant fuck decided that his travel plans were more important than giving a deadly disease to scores of innocent people who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Hop a plane to Prague to fly to Montreal and sneak back into the US so he can get better medical care. Hello asshole? If it mattered to you that much maybe you shouldn't have left the US in the first place?
