1) Well, I refuse to obtain cell phone, so technically no. However, if I did, I would send it to voicemail and call them back after.

1) It would depend WHO was calling. If it is Mom or a really good friend - Yes. Casual friend or work associate - No. Someone I really needed to talk to (hard to reach doctor or service person)- probably and ask if I can call right back or if they could hold.
2) It would depend on whether the conversation sounds critical (you can here concern in a persons voice) or if they are just chatting. I certainly wouldn't want to be a bitch if it sounds like someone is just finding out they have cancer or something.
