Is an idiot with a gun. And what's more dangerous than that? Well simple, multiple idiots with guns. Every time I see "celebrations" involving people firing guns into the air it's pretty clear that those celebrating shouldn't be allowed to carry weapons ever. Personally I suggest that there should be a global mandate that anyone caught firing a gun into the air should be immediately isolated, and told to repeat the same excercise with knives until the excercise is complete. It shouldn't take too long... especially if you used a space about the size of a broom closet.
