One, if he is slow moving traffic, he belongs in the right lane (maybe he got driving tips from my retarded "gotta drive in the center lane no matter what" ex). Two, if you can not get you load inside the car - stay off the damned highway! I've driven with stuff hanging out of my car . . . with a red flag attached and sticking to back roads.

Well, I have to admit, that's just fucking fabulous. It's even better that there's a passenger in the damn seat HOLDING the pipes with his hand. Omfg what needs to happen is for the driver to forget about the pipes and pull into a parking space next to a pillar and have the pipes all crumple into his passenger. That'd be my vote.

So where *are* the cops? I certainly would have reported their asses (and plates). That kind of lack of safety for everyone deserves a fat crack in the mouth (at the least) and a suspended license (at best).

I would feel sorry for the passenger if the driver is one of those "just do what the fuck I tell you to do and shut the fuck up before I clock you one" types. Trust me, I have been to close to one of those for comfort - and they don't listen to reason.
