What exactly is "change". One definition is: "to make the form, nature, content, future course, etc., of (something) different from what it is or from what it would be if left alone."
The word change seems to be a favorite of many political candidates, especially those that are challenging incumbents for their seats. However, the word "change" is not necessarily synonymous with "better" or "beneficial change". No matter how crappy our economy and foreign relations are, "change" could make things worse.
So as you go to the voting booths, ponder the kind of change you want. Figure out if based on the information you have about any of the candidates whether 1) a candidate can or is really willing to facilitate the kind of change you want, or 2) the change that a candidate is selling will make all of our lives better.
Now go vote!
